BLENDING
1. Remove the protective cover from the
accessory socket (1).
2. Fill the blender jug (23) with the de-
sired ingredients.
3. Place the lid (22) on the blender jug.
4. Place the cap (21) in the hole in the
lid and turn it clockwise to lock it in
place.
5. Insert the blender jug into the base
of the accessory socket and turn it
clockwise to secure it.
6. Switch the appliance on by turning
the speed selector to position 5 or 6.
You can also use the pulse function if
you want to blend for short periods at
a time.
7. Turn the blender jug anticlockwise to
release it so that you can lift it off the
appliance.
USING THE MEAT GRINDER
Assembly
1. Place the motor section on a flat
surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and
make sure it is standing firmly.
2. Ensure the arm is tilted down and
locked securely in position.
3. Remove the protective cover from the
accessory socket (11) and remove the
locking screw (10).
4. Attach the meat grinder body (14) us-
ing the accessory socket and secure
it in place using the locking screw
(10).
5. Fit the auger (15) in the meat grinder
body, and press firmly into place.
6. Fit the blade (16) on the auger. The
sharp edges of the blade should point
towards the meat screen.
7. Fit one of the three meat screens
(17) over the blade. Turn the screen,
so the two pins are aligned with the
indentations on the grinder body. Se-
lect the meat screen for the required
consistency. You can choose fine,
medium and coarse.
8. Fit the ring nut (18) over the meat
screen on the grinder body. Turn
clockwise to lock. The ring nut must
hold the meat screen securely in
place. Do not over tighten.
9. Fit the tray (13) onto the meat grinder
body.
10. The appliance is now ready for use.
Grinding Meat
1. Cut your meat into smaller pieces, so
the pieces fit into the feeding tube.
Use cubes or strips no bigger than
2×2×2 cm.
2. Put the pieces of meat onto the tray.
3. Place the mixing bowl or similar under
the meat grinder body opening.
4. Switch the appliance on by turning
the speed selector to position 1-4.
5. The meat pieces travel down the
feeding tube. Push down carefully
with the tamper (12). Do not press too
hard or you may damage the appli-
ance.
