SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUC-
TIONS
• Always place the appliance on a dry,
level and firm surface, and well away
from the edges.
• Do not use the appliance if the mixing
bowl, meat grinder body, blender jug
or the other accessories are dam-
aged.
• Ensure that the accessories are fitted
securely and correctly, before you
switch on the appliance.
• NEVER use your fingers, kitchen
utensils or similar to push ingredients
down the feeding tube in the meat
grinder body! Use the accompanying
tamper.
• NEVER put your fingers, kitchen
utensils or similar in the openings of
the appliance.
• Keep hands and kitchen utensils
away from whisks or dough hooks
while the machine is running.
• NEVER touch the moving parts of
the appliance until it has come to a
complete stop.
• Be careful not to touch the blades or
sharp parts during use and cleaning.
• Never pour boiling liquid or very hot
food into the blender jug. Make sure
that the food has a sufficiently low
temperature to avoid burning/scalding
in case of skin contact.
• Never add liquid or food above the
maximum mark on the blender jug.
• Do not use the appliance if the
blender jug is cracked or damaged in
any way.
• Always switch off the appliance at the
wall socket and unplug before chang-
ing an accessory.
• Always fit the protective covers when
not using the accessory sockets.
• The appliance must never be run for
more than 10 minutes at a time. Allow
the appliance to cool before continu-
ing to use it.
• The maximum weight capacity for in-
gredients in the mixing bowl is 1,500
g.
