6.2 Connector Assignments
The SUB-D female connectors can be connected to
a PC with a NULL MODEM cable. Optionally the
PPS input reference signal can be connected with the
SUB-D connector (Pin 1, Refclock 0). The PPS In
level can either be TTL or RS232.
Assignment:
Pin 1: PPS in (Refclock 0)
Pin 2: RxD (Receive Data / input)
Pin 3: TxD (Transmit Data / output)
Pin 5: GND (ground)
Refclock x
To change the PPS In reference input from BNC to the
Refclock 0 serial connector you have to set the jumper
position as shown in the picture above.
