Troubleshooting Guide
If you are having a problem operating the Visual Presenter, first make sure you have set
it up according to the instructions in Chapter 3. You should also check the adjustments
and the INPUT connections. Verify that all power is switched on. Before calling for
service, check the troubleshooting suggestions in this chapter.
Problem
Solutions
No image on the TV or Monitor
Check cable connections. Check INPUT source
selection is correct.
Remote Control does not function
Check that there are no obstacles between the
remote control and the video presenter.
Check the battery in the remote control.
