MAINTENANCE

WARNING

Turn off the engine and disengage all the control levers and wait until all moving parts

have come to a complete standstill before performing repairs, lubrication and/or inspection. Pull
off the spark plug cable and earth it to the engine to prevent accidental start. Always wear eye
protection when working with or on the machine.

ENGINE MAINTENANCE

WARNING

Switch off the engine and pull out the ignition key before carrying out any maintenance:

Maintenance schedule

Perform maintenance according to the table below. In demanding conditions, maintenance should
be carried out at more regular intervals.

CHANGING THE ENGINE OIL
NOTE:

Check the oil level before each use and after every 5 hours of operation.

Drain the fuel tank by running the engine until the fuel tank is empty. Check that the
fuel cap is properly tightened.

Place a suitable container under the drain plug.

Remove the drain plug.

Tilt the engine to drain the oil into the container. Used oil must be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations.

Insert the drain plug and tighten.
