– If gravel is to be swept then the brush speed should not be higher than what is needed so that
the gravel can be ”rolled” away without being cast about.
• Heavier rubbish
– Drive slowly: 2–3 km/h.
– Sweep once, more narrowly than the sweeper’s full width.
Aim the brush head
1.
Press the brush’s steering-arm down (figure 4).
2.
Place the brush head at the desired angle. The brush can be angled to 15° in both directions.
3.
Release the handle so that the locks catch in the right place.
Begin sweeping
1.
Turn the brush head in the direction you want the dirt to be cast out. (See ”Aim brush head”)
2.
Start motor on idle.
3.
Press down the upper right control to active driving and steer the sweeper forward (figure 5A).
4.
Press down the left control to start brush operation and activate the brushes (figure 5B). The

sweeper stop.
5.

Gear lever
The gear lever is found on the handle and has 7 positions for movement forward and backward in various
directions.
• Forward: The sweeper has 5 gears for movement forward (F), where position 1 is the slowest.
• Backward: The sweeper has 2 gears for reverse (R), where 1 is the slowest.
