handle the whole way back.

Shut off the choke when the motor starts.
Warm start

First pull out the drawstring a short way a few times until you feel some resistance.
2.
Then slowly pull the drawstring until you feel some resistance and place your left hand on the
motor for support.

Then firmly pull the drawstring once. Never let the drawstring automatically retract. Hold its
handle the whole way back.

Shut off the choke when the motor starts.

NOTE.
• Do not shut off the motor by starting the choke as this can damage the motor.
• Never walk away from the sweeper without shutting off the motor.

Set the gas control to the ”Stop” position.
2.
Set the gas control to idle and let the motor run for 10–20 seconds before the lever is moved
to the stop position.
SWEEPING
NOTE.
• Do not use the sweeper before you have been thoroughly instructed by qualified personnel about
how the controls are used as well as are familiar with the sweeper’s qualities, dimensions and all
safety requirements.
• Do not use the sweeper near unprotected edges.
• The sweeper is not intended for use on roofs.
• Follow all laws, local regulations and other rules when using the sweeper.
• Minimise the amount of airborne debris by used the lowest speed possible.
• Make sure that hands, feet, hair and loose clothing do not come near moving parts.
• Shut off the motor and unplug the machine before leaving the work area.
• Do not change gears when the sweeper is moving in order to avoid damaging the gearbox.
• Lower the motor speed in order to prevent the sweeper from ”bouncing” on uneven surfaces,
otherwise there is a risk that you will lose control of the sweeper.
• Lower the driving speed so that you do not accidentally drive into any obstacles.
• Never sweep in the direction of people, buildings, vehicles or other objects that can be damaged by
airborne debris.
