Use of compressed air units and tools
Check the air consumption data from each manufacturer. Check that your compressor capacity is
adequate.

8 litres/50 l/min.
Motor protection switch
The compressor is equipped with a motor protection switch which is located on the compressor body.
Excessive current to the motor causes the protector to trip and the power supply automatically shuts off.
The cause must first be determined and then the machine must be disconnected from the power outlet to
eliminate the risk of electric shock. Leave to cool for five minutes. Then press the reset button to enable
the machine to start.

e.g. rust. If there are any signs

Drain valve
Inspect all visible problems.
The drain valve must be cleaned
and dust and dirt removed.
Daily
Intake filter
The intake filter must be
cleaned at least every 300
hours of operation.
The filter can be removed. Small
amounts of dirt can be removed
with a brush or by blowing air
through the filter. If the filter is
very dirty, replace it with a new
paper. The filter must not be
cleaned with combustible liquids
such as benzene or similar.
Weekly
Keep the compressor in a safe place. When the compressor is not being used it should be kept in a dry,
locked room out of the reach of the children..
Regular maintenance
Always pull the power plug out of the socket when you have finished working with the machine.
Do not allow water, oil or dirt to enter the machine.
Check the pressure relief valve regularly for damage.

Condensation water
The condensation water must be drained off each day by opening the drain valve (on the floor of the
pressure vessel).
