Cautions
• The raised toilet seat
MUST
be level, straight, and the adjustment bracket
MUST
be inside the toilet
bowl. The rear seat wings
MUST
be positioned under the rear lip of the toilet bowl. (See above figure)

DO NOT
Use raised toilet seat if the toilet lip measurement exceeds 1-3/4 inches (4.45 cm) (See above figure),
as the raised toilet seat will not hold and may cause injury.
• When the raised toilet seat is properly installed, the unit will sit flat on the top of the lip of the bowl and should
fit securely against the inner rim of the bowl.
To Use Toilet with This Raised Toilet Seat
1. Carefully back up to the raised toilet seat until you feel the back of your knees touching it.
2. Slowly lower yourself onto the raised toilet seat while bending your elbows and knees.
3. Reverse steps (1) through (2) for getting up. Slowly raise yourself off of the toilet seat.
Make sure you have your balance before releasing your grasp from the raised toilet seat.
To Remove the Raised Toilet Seat From the Toilet Bowl
1. Rotate the knob counterclockwise until the seat is loose.
2. Lift up the front of the raised toilet seat until the adjustment bracket clears the lip of the toilet bowl.
3. To completely remove the seat from the toilet bowl, pull the seat towards you at an angle.
To Clean the Raised Toilet Seat
1. The raised toilet seat features built-in Microban
®
antimicrobial protection to help prevent the growth of stain
and odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew to keep it cleaner for longer.
2. Clean the seat at least once a week, using a non-abrasive detergent or non-abrasive cleaner with warm water.
3. Rinse with warm water and wipe with a non-abrasive cloth.
