9a. To set SwivAssist™ at lowest vertical position, be certain the push buttons are in the lowest holes on each side
of the frame.
9b. To set SwivAssist™ at highest vertical position, be certain the push buttons are in the top holes on each side
of the frame.
10. You may loosen or tighten part E (strap with buckle) to help achieve proper fit.
