ROUBLESHOOTING
If your LCD monitor should have problems please check if it is properly installed and plugged ac-
cording to the information given in the
Getting Started
section.
No display on screen:
Make sure the monitor is connected correctly and receiving power.
Make sure the power switch on the back of the monitor is set to the
|
(on) position.
Check if you are in power saving mode. Press any key and move the mouse to deactivate
power saving mode.
Check the signal cable pins. If pins are bent, please contact Medion Customer Care.
Set the appropriate values for your LCD monitor (see
"Prepare your computer",
page 5).
Picture runs or not stable:
Check the signal cable pins. If pins are bent, please contact Medion Customer Care.
Set the appropriate values for your LCD monitor (see

Remove any equipment that may be causing interference (portable telephones, loudspeak-
ers, lamps, etc.) from the vicinity of your LCD monitor.
Avoid using monitor extension cables.
Colors not displayed cleanly:
Check the signal cable pins. If pins are bent, please contact Medion Customer Care.
Adjust the color using the OSD.
