The CD is now read and “READING” appears on the display. The total number of
tracks is then displayed. The playback of the audio CD automatically starts with
track 1.
During radio or AUX operation press the
FUNC
button a few times until “READING”
appears in the display.
Playback/pause/stop
Press the
button on the device to start the playback of tracks. To pause play-
back, press the button again. Pressing the button once more resumes playback.
You can press the
button to stop the playback permanently. The CD will stop
spinning.
Track selection, fast rewind/forward
Press the
button to return to the previous track and the
button to skip to
the next one.
Hold the
button down to fast rewind within a track or
to fast forward.
Repeat track/CD
During playback press the
button to repeat the whole CD. The display will
show
.
Press the button again to repeat the current track. The display will show
Press the button again to set random playback.
The repeat function is switched off by pressing the
button again.
Programmed playback
You can program up to 20 tracks to be played back consecutively in a sequence of
your choosing.
In Stop mode, press the
MEM
button in order to program the tracks. The display
will show “P01 T00” and
flash.
Use the
or
buttons to select the required tracks and press
MEM
to save
them.
Repeat these steps if you would like to program several tracks.
To confirm and play the programmed playlist, press the
button.
To delete the playlist, press the button twice.
Using the AUX IN connection
You will need an audio cable with a 3.5 mm jack plug. Set the audio device to a me-
dium volume. Then switch it off.
Plug the 3.5 mm jack into the headphone socket or LINE OUT connection on the
output device.
Plug the cable into the Aux In socket on your kitchen radio.
Press the
FUNC
button a number of times until “AUX” appears in the display.
