Basic functions
NOTE!
Please note, however, that these functions are implemented by
your telephone provider (not by the telephone itself ). Ask your
network provider which functions you may execute with the R
key. Also ask for the exact key combinations for the various R key
functions (e.g.: "Accept call waiting", "Reject call waiting", "Switch
back and forth between two connections", etc.).
12.10. Internal calls
You can transfer a call internally or conduct a 3-way conference call with one
external party and two internal parties.
NOTE!
This function can only be carried out when multiple handsets have
been registered with the base station.
In order to make an internal call, proceed as follows:

Press the key.

Press the key.

If you have only registered 2 handsets, the second handset will ring
automatically.

If you have registered more handsets, use the

keys to select the
desired handset and confirm your selection by pressing
OK.
12.10.1. Toggling
You can transfer a call to a second handset that is registered to the base
station.

Press the key during the call.

Use the

keys to select the
INTERCOM
menu and confirm with the
OK
key.

If required, use the

keys to select the desired handset.
The second handset rings.

Accept the call on the second handset and hang up on the first handset.
The call has now been transferred to the second handset. In order to register
additional handsets, see “11. Registering handsets” on page 164.
12.10.2. Conference call facility
You can conduct a conference call with all current callers.

Press the key during the call.

Use the

keys to select the
INTERCOM
menu and confirm with the
OK
key.
