Anti-Pad
- Layer-1, Layer-2
- Recommended.
- Remove crystal, resistor, capacitor pad area
on layers 1 and 3, use layer 3 as a ground
reference.
Ground Plane
- must be ground referenced.
- Clock signals must be ground referenced and
shielded.
- Unbroken ground plane are preferred.
- Route all traces over continuous planes,
(VCC or GND) with no interruptions. Avoid
crossing over anti-etch if at all possible
