6. BATTERY & CHARGING
Battery
The wheelchair is equipped with maintenance-free batteries. The batteries are sealed so they do not
require any other activities apart from charging.
Attention!
Always use the 3-pin earthed plug and earthed socket.
Never use the extension cord.
Never use the same socket for other purposes while charging the batteries.
Always use only one charging socket while charging (the socket placed on the battery or on the
control console assembly).
Always use the original charger supplied with the wheelchair.
Do not charge the batteries in humid places, conditions. Never stop or suspend charging if the
batteries are not completely charged. The charging should last till the batteries are fully charged.
Attention!
When charging the new battery, the charging time should be 24 h. If you do not intend to use the
wheelchair for longer time, remove both batteries and store them in dry and cool place.
