AFETY COMPONENTS
In compliance with current safety standards, the machine is equipped with devices and guards that
minimise the risks for personnel who are near the machine.
FORBIDDEN
The protections and safety devices must not be removed. Before using the machine, the user must
make sure they are present and work properly.
They are only allowed to be removed for maintenance and in compliance with the procedures
described for the maintenance technician.
CAUTION
Verifying the protections and safety devices could expose the maintenance technician to the risks
posed by them not working. For this reason, proceed with utmost care and with all the necessary
precautions.
4.6.
R
ESIDUAL RISKS AND SAFETY SIGNS
The residual risks related to the machine are accident related that remain after all the safety measures
adopted by the manufacturer are implemented.
The residual risks due to insufficient efficiency of the safety measures adopted are described in the
various paragraphs of this document.
Below are the residual risks associated with the safety signs installed on the machine. In accordance
with Attachment I of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the essential health and safety
requirements are entirely fulfilled with the exception of the following, which the user is fully responsible
for:

Risks related to combined machines.

Lightning: the machine is solely intended for indoor use and the user is responsible for
the protection against lightning in the building.
And with the partial exception of the following, which are only partially borne by the user:

Machine design to facilitate it being handled

Risks related to moving parts;
1.5.10.
Radiation (non-ionizing)
The following table should be read as follows:
The first column indicates the signs installed on the machine
The second column indicates where the signs are found
The third column lists the residual risks (the exposed person and the relevant danger zone are also
specified)
The fourth column indicates the persons exposed to the relevant risk
The fifth column indicates the standards of conduct intended for the exposed person
The last column indicates the paragraph that corresponds with the essential requirement of Attachment
I of Pres. Decree 459/9 6 which each residual risk refers to.
