KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM

Changing the ID Code

Up to three transmitters can be used with the keyless
entry system. If there are three, work with all of them

when changing the ID code.

START

Remove ignition key.

Open driver’s door.

Do warning systems

turn off?

Correct warnings.

| YES

Repeat 3 times:
1. Insert ignition key.

2. Turn ignition switch to

ON and then to LOCK.

3. Remove ignition key.

Repeat 3 times:

Close and then  open
driver’s door,  or press
and  release door switch.

Does CPU buzzer sound

YES

Press any button on

transmitter 2 times.

Does CPU buzzer sound

1 time?
