The battery is supplied partially
charged. To guarantee full perfor-
mance from the battery, charge
it up fully before you first use the
device (see “Charging Up the
Battery”).
Adjusting the Handle for an Offset
or Straight Screwdriver
Press the release button (

), hold it down
and turn the handle (

) 180° (

Inserting a Bit in the Bit Receptacle
1. Move the rotation direction changeo-
ver switch (
3
) to the middle position.
This will lock the operating switch (
6
).
2. Place the shank of the bit or drill bit
you want as far as it will go into the
bit receptacle (
8
).
3. If necessary, insert the bit extension
into the bit receptacle and place the
bit or drill bit inside it.
Clockwise / Anticlockwise Rotation

Do not switch direction while the
power tool is operating to prevent any
damage to the power tool.
1. To change the direction of rotation of
the bit which is inserted, let go of the
operating switch (
6
).
2. Press the rotation direction change-
over switch (
3
) all the way down.
Depending on the position of the
rotation direction changeover switch,
clockwise rotation is activated for
screwing in screws or anticlockwise
rotation is activated for releasing or
undoing screws.
The operating switch is locked when the
rotation direction changeover switch is in
the middle position.

Only place the cordless screwdriver
on the screw when it is switched off!
Rotating tool bits can slip.
To be able to operate the operating
switch (
6
), the rotation direction changeo-
ver switch (
3
) must
NOT
be in the middle
position.
1. Before you start working, check
whether clockwise or anticlockwise ro-
tation is activated. Press the operating
switch to find this out.
2. Place the bit on the screw head, press
the operating switch to switch on
the device and hold it down until the
screw is screwed in or out. Then let go
of the operating switch. The cordless
screwdriver stops.
