children and animals. There is a danger
of strangulation.

Make sure that the connecting cable
does not present a trip hazard.
CAUTION:
The heating plates
become hot during use! Be careful
handling the device, only ever hold it
fi rmly by the handle. There is a dan-
ger of burns!

Use and store the device at room tem-
perature. Protect the device from: fi re
and heat sources, extreme temperatures,
temperature fl uctuations and persistent
sunlight.

Do not place heavy objects on the device
or its connecting cable. Protect it from
impacts.
■
Only connect the device to a plug socket
that is properly installed. The plug socket
must also be readily accessible after
connection so that the connection to the
mains can quickly be isolated. The mains
voltage must match the data on the
rating plate of the device.
■
Lay the connecting cable so that it is not
squashed, bent or laid over sharp edges
and does not come into contact with hot
surfaces.
