Installing the Panels
Slide/pry the Top Cap from each PLNR4236

Panel, being careful not to damage the parts
(Figure 1).
CAUTION! The following steps may require
assistance to complete.
Position the PLNR4236 Panels in their

approximate installed placement and level by
turning the Glides on the bottom of the Panel
Frame with a 1/2 inch wrench.
On one PLNR4236 Panel, insert one Straight

Alignment Bracket into the notch located on
the PLNR4236 Panel’s edge at the bottom of
the PLNR4236 Panel frame (Figure 2).
Place one PLNRCP42 Corner Post on top of

the Straight Alignment Bracket.
Connect the PLNRCP42 Corner Post to the

PLNR4236 Panel by sliding plastic I-Beam
Panel Connectors down the grooves in
between the PLNRCP42 Corner Post and the
PLNR4236 Panel’s edge (Figure 3).
TIP! Use 3 I-Beam Panel Connectors in
each groove.
Using wire cutters or snips, trim the excess

I-Beam Panel Connector length so that the
grooves are completely filled and flush with
the PLNR4236 Panel frame top.
Place one PLNR4236 Panel against the

PLNRCP42 Corner Post at a 90° angle from the
first PLNR4236 Panel (creating an L-shape).
Insert one Angle Alignment Bracket (Figure 2

& Figure 4) into the slots of the two PLNR4236
Panels being connected.
Tip! Use two slots near the bottom to
help eliminate interference with future
accessory installations.
