What is in this guide

This user guide gives you step-by-step instructions on how to install, configure and connect an SR1202 
Enclosure Platform to your host computer system and how to use and maintain the system.

Who should use this guide

This user guide assumes that you have a working knowledge of the SAS-SATA environment into 
which you are installing your SR1202 Enclosure Platform. If you do not have these skills, or are not 
confident with the instructions in this guide, do not proceed with the installation.

The  SR1202  Enclosure  Platform  complies  with  the  requirements  of  the  following  agencies  and 
standards:

•  CE to EN 60950
•  UL
•  cUL

Potential for Radio Frequency Interference

USA Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

  NOTE

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class A digital device, 
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection 
against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This 
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
