7.4 Filling the Reservoir
Warning!
Make sure before filling or
refilling the reservoir that the power tool is
switched off and unplugged.
1. Once you have correctly prepared the spray
material, you may fill it in the reservoir (12).
Unscrew it counter-clockwise and remove it from
the power tool.
2. Use an appropriate funnel or the measuring
cup (11) to fill in material, thus avoiding
unnecessary spilling of the material.
3. Do not overfill the reservoir (12). Observe the
scale. Max. fill in the spray material up to the
highest marked point.
4. Screw the reservoir clockwise on the power
tool.
7.5 Connection to Power Supply
1. Make sure that the on/off switch is in off
position.
2. Connect the power tool to a suitable power
socket. Observe relevant technical data.
8 Working with the Power Tool
8.1 Functionality
The gun component of the power tool sucks
spray material through the suction pipe from the
reservoir (12) and sprays it out of the nozzle with
high pressure.
8.2 Assembly and preparation
1. Attach the paint sprayer to one end of the
hose, and connect the other end to the motor.
2. Refer to the paint manufactures instructions
regarding thinning the paint.
3. Unscrew the reservoir and fill it with paint, then
re-attach it to the paint sprayer.
4. Insert the plug into the mains sockets and
switch on the power to the motor. the motor will
send air through the hose.
5. For safety reasons the motor must be switched
off when connecting or disconnecting the hose
and paint sprayer.
8.3 Adjusting the flow of air
Turn the air control valve (a)clockwise to reduce
the flow of air, and counter-clockwise to increase
it.
8.4 Operation
To activate the paint sprayer, press the trigger (c),
and to stop the sprayer, just release the trigger (c)
again.
Paint the object by applying an even coat of
paint using steady side to side movements.
Adjust knob, can spraying a different shape
(Fig12)
A better finish will be obtained by spraying a
thin coat, allowing it to dry and then applying
a second coat. Spraying thick coats can lead to
runs.
Always remember to switch off the motor and
empty the container once you have finished
using the paint sprayer.
8.5 USED AS A VACUUM CLEANER
It can be used as a simple vacuum
cleaner, not a professional one. If you need to
mass clean, please buy a professional one.
Connect to the motor house
When you want to use the machine as a vacuum
cleaner, please take off the cover by turning in
counterclockwise(fig 3), be careful of the filter
sponge, it is used to filter the income dirty(fig
4).Then please connect the assembled container
unit(fig 2) with the motor house by turning the
cover in clockwise. And connect with different
work head, switch on, now enjoy the work(fig
6,7,8).
