6.6 BRAKE SET REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED
10) Secure the brake cable (Figure I).
11) Adjust the Brake set to level 1 (Figure J).
12) Insert 4mm rod through the hole of ECB, then adjust the tightness of the cable to touch the flywheel (Figure K).
13) When the belt pulley set is fixed, put the belt installation tool on the pulley, turn the pulley until the belt is installed (Figure L).
Note:
13-1 The belt installation tool part number is 0000093768.
13-2 Rotate the pulley at least 3 full rotations to insure that the belt is centered.
13-3 If there’s no belt installation tool, please use 3 pcs cable tie to fix the pulley and belt (Figure M).
