Hot gas comes from the vents during

operation.

Extra paper extending beyond the sanding pad

can cause serious lacerations.

•  Wear protective gloves when changing cutting tools.

Cutting tools become hot after prolonged

use.

•  Keep hands away from the cutting range.

Do not reach under the workpiece. Contact with the

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Safety guidelines for multi-crafter

•  Hold power tools by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the

tool may contact hidden wiring or its own cord.

Contact with a “live” wire may make exposed

metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.

•  The label on your tool may include the following symbols. The symbols and their

definitions are as follows:

  V .....................  Volts

  A .....................  Amperes

  Hz ...................  Hertz

  W ....................  Watts

  min .................  Minutes

 ...............   Alternating current

 .............  Direct current

 n

...................  No-load speed

 ...............  Class II Construction

  …/min ...........  Revolutions per minute

 ...............  Grounding terminal

  BPM ...............  Beats per minute

 ..............

WARNING – To reduce the risk of injury, user must read instruction manual

.

•  Secure the workpiece.

A workpiece clamped with clamping devices or in a vice is held more

secure than by hand.

•  Wear protective gloves when changing cutting tools.

Cutting tools become hot after prolonged

usage.

•  Always wear eye protection.

•  Take protective measures when dust that is harmful to one’s health, combustible or

explosive can develop during working.

Example: Some dusts are regarded as carcinogenic.

Wear a dust mask.

•  Use the machine only for dry sanding.

Penetration of water into the machine increases the risk

of an electric shock.

•  A suitable breathing respirator must be worn while sanding lead paint, some woods and

metal to avoid breathing the harmful/toxic dust or air.
