Display Behavior
The CLKTCD12 may take up to 20 minutes to set the time, depending on the current
internal [local] time and the hand positions. If the CLKTCD12’s hands do not move to
the correct time within 20 minutes, check the section of the user manual entitled
Troubleshooting Tips .
CONFIGURATION
The CLKTCD12 maintains its configuration data in non-volatile flash memory allowing
the unit to retain configuration settings even when power is off. The CLKTCD12 may be
configured by either DIP switches or via software control using the USB port and
software configuration utility.
The CLKTCD12 ships from the factory with all switch/ software configuration offset
options in the OFF setting, in order to display UTC time.
[Note: the CLKTCD12 interprets the incoming time code as UTC.]
Factory default configuration:

Time Zone offset – disabled - no offsets applied

Daylight Saving Time - disabled – no DST adjustment
o
Time Code Date/Year Encoding – disabled
o
Second Hand Motion – Sweep mode
o
Configuration Mode - Read from current DIP Switch settings
