and safe use of the appliance.

Burning charcoal gives off carbon monoxide, which has no odor and can cause death.

DO NOT burn charcoal inside homes, vehicles, tents, garages or any  enclosed areas.

USE ONLY OUTDOORS where it is well ventilated. 

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS

•  Unit is for OUTDOOR USE ONLY.

•  Read all instructions before lighting.

•  Before each use check all nuts, screws and bolts to make sure they are tight and secure.

•  Do not leave old wood or charcoal ashes in the charcoal bowl. Charcoal bowl should be cleaned out prior to 

each use to prevent ash buildup.

•  Never operate unit under overhead construction such as roof coverings, carports, awnings, or overhangs.

•  Never use unit as a heater. (READ CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD)

•  Minimum distance from side and back of unit to walls, rails or other structures is 10ft (3m). 

•  Keep a minimum 10ft (3m) clearance of all combustible materials such as wood, dry plants, grass, brush, 

paper, vinyl, wood siding, or canvas.

•  Never operate this unit within 25ft (8m) 

of combustible materials such as gasoline and other flammable 

vapors and liquids.

•  Never operate this unit within 10 feet of a gas cylinder.

•  Never use inside enclosed areas such as patios, garages, buildings or tents.

•  Never use inside a vehicle, not even a recreational vehicle such as a motor home, camper, truck bed or on 

boats.

•  Never use unit for anything other than its intended use.  This unit is NOT for commercial use.

•  Use this smoker only on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.

•  Use unit on a level, non-combustible, stable surface such as dirt, concrete, brick or rock.

•  Unit MUST be on the ground.  Do not place unit on tables or counters.  Do NOT move unit across uneven 

surfaces.

•  

Do not use unit on wooden or flammable surfaces.
