3.4 HRC Heart rate trainng model :

Stop status,press “Mode” to choose H1,Press “set” enter into setting of program
parameter

Lower right window of screen showed “40” ,press “SPEED+/-“ can change the user’s
age,age scope:10-99.Keep age setting and enter into heart rate setting press “Set” again

Lower left window of the screen showed “116”, you can change the heart rate value to
press “SPEED+/-.heart rate scope is 70-180, keep heart rate setting to press “set” again

Treadmill will run when you press “start/stop”, time window flash show count time 30:00.

User must run HRC training model to match wirless heart rate system,if it can’t find
wireless heart rate singal, It can identify hand heart rate signal if not get any wirless heart
rate signal, speed will keep same if don’t have find any heart rate singal.

Speed is 1.0KM/H when you start treadmill, it is not controlled by heart rate within 30
seconds, but you can adjust speed and incline by key, Once find heart rate signal after 30
seconds,treadmill will auto adjust speed by following parameters

Users under 30 years old, Speed will auto increase 0.5KM/H every 30 seconds if real heart
