To save the edits, click the check mark icon
in the upper-right corner of the screen. The
Select System
screen will re-appear.

Click the desired system to login. See

Changing Systems
Patients in different Masimo Systems can be viewed by changing to a different system.
Note:
To understand more about Masimo Systems, see the
Operator's Manual, Patient SafetyNet Supplemental Alarm System, Series 5.5.X.X
or higher.
To change to a different Masimo System:
1.
While logged into a Masimo System, click the
Options
menu
.
2.
Click
Disconnect
in the drop-down menu.
3.
Click
OK
to confirm disconnection from the current system. The
Select System
screen will be displayed.
4.
In the
Select System
screen, click the desired system. If the desired system is not shown, see
Adding a System
on page 25. After selecting a
system, the system name is displayed at the top of the
System Login
screen.
5.
In the login screen, type the
Username
and
Password
credentials.
6.
Click
Login
.
7.
After successful login, the
Select Patient
screen displays the system's patient list. See
Selecting a Patient
on page 13.
Deleting a System
CAUTION:
If a system is accidentally deleted from UniView, only qualified Masimo personnel can add a system. See
Contacting Masimo
on page 35.
To delete a system in UniView:
1.
Go to the login screen by doing one of the following:
•
Open the UniView application and go to step 2, or
•
Disconnect from the current Masimo System and go to step 3.
2.
Click the switch screen icon
.
3.
In the
Select System
screen, click and hold anywhere on the system tile. The system information will appear.
4.
In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the trash can icon
to delete the system.
5.
When the "Delete System?" message appears, click
OK
. After successful deletion, the
Select System
screen will re-appear without the deleted
system.
System Disconnect
To Disconnect from a Masimo System:
1.
In the upper-right of a layout screen, click the
Options
menu
.
2.
Select
Disconnect
in the drop-down menu.
3.
Select
OK
to confirm disconnection from the current system. After successfully disconnecting from the system, the
Select System
screen is
displayed.
