4.5 TRANSPORT METHOD
During transport and whenever lifting is required,
the lifting unit of the tractor should be regulated so that the
machine is raised about 35 cm from the ground (
fi
g.14).
4.6 ADJUSTMENT OF WORKING HEIGHT
For a correct regulation of the working height, it is neces-
sary to:
- Gradually lower the machine completely down to the
ground, using the hoister (tractor switched off and parking
brake pulled on).
- Regulate the working height.
For a correct adjustment, the blades must be ca. 2 - 3
cm from the surface of the ground.
4.7 BLADES
Thanks to its versatility, this machine can be equipped with
tools of different shapes and sizes.
Knife type

).
ATTENTION
Excessively worn or broken knives must be replaced
immediately as they could transmit harmful vibrations
to the machine.
The knives should always be replaced one at a time to
avoid positioning errors.
ATTENTION
If vibrations still occur after replacement, it is absolutely
essential to dynamically balance the rotor again to pre-
vent the components involved from breaking.
