In case of damage of the holes, it is recommended to carry
out the maintenance operations,
removing the damaged part
and closing the hole with screws M14X35
(cod.F01010317),
washers M14 (cod.F01410088)
and nuts M14

so that they are always closed during the work.
If the wearproof plate was removed, close the remaining
holes with screws M14x35,washers M14 and M14 nuts.

The anti-wear skids kit allows greater resistance to the side

4.12 ROLLER
The machine is equipped with a rear roller with three posi-
tions, (
fi
g.30). This can be adjusted at 3 different positions:
- If it’s
fi
xed through the holes «3» the machine is in the
lower position.
- If it’s
fi
xed through the holes «2», the machine is in the
medium position.
- If it’s
fi
xed through the holes «1», the machine is in the
upper position.
4.13 IN WORK
Instructions for use in the
fi
eld
This section contains instructions about how to use the
machine for work in complete safety.
- Before actually using the machine, make sure that it oper-
ates correctly by allowing the rotor to idle for a few minutes.
- Always make sure that there are no bystanders within the
operating range of the machine whilst it is running.
- Disengage the PTO before lifting the machine. Do not
operate it when the machine is raised before getting off
the tractor.
- Comply with the safety distances when working near built-
up areas or roads

4.14 HOW TO WORK
Use in the
fi
eld
Hitch the machine to the tractor correctly and proceed in
the following way;
- Using the power lift controls, lower the machine until the
rear roller rests on the ground and the tools are near to
the ground without touching it.
- Engage the PTO and gradually accelerate the tractor en-
gine until the PTO is spinning at the required speed (540
or 1000 rpm).
It is highly inadvisable to exceed this rate as the ma-
chine has been sized to provide its utmost ef
fi
ciency
at these speeds.
- Engage the gear and begin to work.
- Adjust the work height with the power lift controls if neces-
