10  Troubleshooting

WARNING

Possible electric shock and equipment damage from con-
necting foreign or damaged power supplies!

Only use the delivered 24 V/30 W power supply. Immediately 
replace the power supply if there is damage on the housing or 
cable of the power supply. Only use replacement components 
from Märzhäuser Sensotech.

Possible electric shock and equipment damage from not 
permitted repair attempts!

Never open the housing of the PROFILER ST or the accom-
panying power supply. Only have repair work carried out by our 
Customer Service Center. In case of violation, all warranty and 
liability claims will become void.

The following overview can help you in removing faults and 
malfunctions of the PROFILER ST.

If a fault or malfunction cannot be remedied using the over-
view, contact our Customer Service Center.
