5.14 Extended System Config Options
When connected to the controller from a laptop rather than a smart phone two additional support functions are available
to the technician on the System Config web page. These functions allow the technician to download operational and
event log data from the controller, or to update the controller software.

Download Controller Data
Text entry fields
First, enter the start and end date/time with the format MM/DD/YYYY
HH:mm. The controller retains the last five years of operational and
event log information. Next, select either the
Operational Data
or
the
Event Log
radio button. For
Operational Data
, additionally
choose either the
Hourly Averages
or the
Five Minute Samples
radio button. Press the
Generate
push button. Select
Save as
from
the pop-up window, navigate to the desired folder, then click the
Save
key to save the
ControllerData.csv
file on the laptop. This text file
can then be opened with Excel or any text editor program.
