Important saveguards
Read all instructions before using!
– This shredder is not intended for
use by children. Keep shredder out
of the reach of children and pets.
– This product is intended for use in
shredding Paper. Do not use the
shredder for any other purpose.
– Do not expose shredder to water or
other liquids.
– Keep loose items (e.g. hands,
fingers, jewellery, clothing, neckties,
etc.) away from the inlet slots to
avoid personal injury of damage to
the unit.
– To avoid damage to the shredder,
remove paper clips and staples
from items before shredding.
– Do not attempt to dislodge jammed
debris with a pointed object, as
personal injury or product damage
may occur.
– Always operate the product on a
flat, level, steady and stable surface
to avoid it overturning.
– This product is intended for indoor,
non-commercial, non-industrial and
household use only. Do not use
outdoors.
To Assemble
1.
Remove all parts from their
protective wrappers.
2.
Battery operated item:
Using
4 x LR6 or “AA”
Alkaline
Batteries. Ensure the battery cover
is “clicked into place correctly”.
(Batteries not included)
3.
If powered by an adaptor:
Using an AC-DC Adaptor rated
as follows, AC230V/DC6V-1.2A.
or AC110/DC 6V-1.2A. (AC/DC
Adaptor not included)
To Operate
1.
Ensure shredded paper is emptied
after use.
2.
Place one or two pieces of paper
into the appropriate Inlet Slot (see
figure 1 for Inlet Slot locations) and
press the button (see Figure 1 for
“FWD”
) to shred and reverse (see
Figure 1 for
“REV”
)
3.
Width of paper inlet is
115 mm
or
4,5”
4.
The shredder cuts paper into
7 mm
or
0,28”
strips.

Note:
If the Paper becomes difficulty to shred,
stop shredding and press the button to
reverse the paper up and out of the
shredder. Or change the battery.
The capacity of this unit is
4 sheets
of
standard 80g Paper.
Attempting to shred more than the
rated capacity of this unit at any one
time, may cause product damage.
