Assembly
NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Step 3
Attach Linear Shaft (#32) to Right and Left Slide Frame (#3,#4) then install 2 Aluminium Pillow Block
Bearing (#31) onto each Linear Shaft (#32), secure the Linear Shaft (#32) to Right and Left Slide
Frame (#3,#4) using:
• two 5/16"-18*115 Bolt (#70)
• two Φ8.5*Φ22*2 Flat Washer (#71)
• two Φ10*Φ13*2 Spacer (#33)
• two Φ38 Plug (#68)
Attach Carriage (#5) to Aluminum Pillow Block Bearing (#31) using (If necessary take off Stop Beam
(#29)):
• eight 3/8"-16*16 Bolt (#73)
• eight 3/8" Spring Washer (#72)
Complete underside of Carriage (#5) assembly using:
• one Weight Holder (#7)
• one Connecting Tube (#6)
• four M12*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#56)
• three Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
• three M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
• two M10*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#55)
• six Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#48)
• four M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#60)
• four Φ13*Φ38*2 Flat Washer (#67)
• two Φ11*Φ38*2 Flat Washer (#66)
• one Small Foot Plate (#8)
• two M10*60 Button Head Cap Screw (#54)
Attach Left and Right Handle Bars (#10,#11) to Carriage (#5) using:
• two M10*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#55)
• four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#48)
• two M10*25 Button Head Cap Screw (#53)
• two Φ11*Φ38*2 Flat Washer (#66)
• two M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#60)
