Assembly
NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Step 1
Connect Left and Right Support Frames (#17,#18) to main Base Frame (#19) using:
•
two M12*80 Button Head Cap Screw (#57)
• four Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
• two M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
Attach Rear Base Frame (#25) and Upright Frame (#1) to Main Base Frame (#19) using:
•
two M12*80 Button Head Cap Screw (#57)
• four Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
• two M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
Attach Left and Right Slide Frames (#3,#4) to Left and Right Support Frames (#17,#18) using:
• four M12*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#56) • four Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
• four Φ13*Φ38*2 Flat Washer (#67) • four M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
Secure Top Cross Frame (#2) to Left and Right Slide Frames (#3,#4) and Upright Frame (#1) using:
•
two M12*125 Button Head Cap Screw (#59)
• two Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
• six M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61) • two M12*204 Shaft Bolt (#65)
• six Φ13*Φ38*2 Flat Washer (#67) • four M10*25 Button Head Cap Screw (#53)
• four Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#48)
