Check the thermostatic valve of the safety heat exchanger annually according to the manufacturer’s data.
If the check was not successful – the thermostatic valve doesn’t open the flow of the cooling water, or the per-
meability of the thermostatic valve is too low – you must replace the thermostatic valve.
Troubleshooting
In case of a failure, try to repair it, or inform a heating specialist. As a user of the system you may only make
repairs, involving replacement of cha-mote bricks, sealing tape and rope. Use only original parts.
The draught in the chimney is measured by a proper device - a gas analyser or a differential pressure gauge -
when the boiler is not working. Draught should not be less than 20 Pa. Boiler operation with less draught may
lead to overheating and fire in the burner.
Once we have made sure that all the connections are properly installed and fuel quantities for low and high
power, that the chimney has good draught, we can start the boiler with the On/Off button.
For convenience, the control panel is mounted on the hopper cabinet door. In case of a first operation after
installation or after cleaning the boiler and burner operation can be monitored on the display.
Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees correct and reliable operation of the product only when requirements for in-
stallation and operation are met according to the manual, performed by the authorized service of the manu-
facturer.
Boiler warranty starts from the date of completion and stamping the warranty card. The warranty card is
issued in triplicate, and the original stays with the client.
!!!The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
•
Equipment damage caused by improper storage, transport or unloading, which has not been organized
and trained by the manufacturing company;
•
Accidents caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.);
•
The installation, maintenance and service requirements specified in this manual have not been observed;
•
The buyer or other unauthorized persons have tried to repair the damage;
•
Alterations to the equipment construction;
•
Choosing a boiler of inadequate capacity;
•
Damages due to factors for which the manufacturer bears no fault/has no control over them;
Any warranty repairs must be recorded in the warranty card of the customer.
The warranty period is stopped for the time period from the claim to repairing the damage.
The warranty period is 24 (twenty four) months.
Warranty for hydraulic tightness - 60 (sixty) months.
The warranty applies only when invoice and original warranty card are presented!!!
