Polynomial

This type of calibration consists of a list of values used to perform polynomial linearization.

Polynomial calibration allows linearization of up to 11 points. Note that you must use the Points [+] button to add
one point at a time. Once the polynomial value has been entered the button will be enabled to allow another
point to be added.

This toolkit does not calculate the polynomial values! It is assumed that the user is already
in possession of appropriate polynomial values to enter.
