Toolkit Configuration 

The toolkit (Windows 10 & 11) is used to configure the handheld and offer many more configuration options than 
the in-built menu system of the handheld itself. 
Everything that the user can interact with in the Toolkit is highlighted in the blue accent colour. 

Home 

 

When you connect the handheld to the PC using a USB cable it creates a virtual COM port on the PC. 
All detected PSD devices are displayed in the drop-down list and you need to select the appropriate one. 
If only one handheld is detected you may not see this page as the Toolkit will automatically select and connect to 
it. 
After selecting the Serial port click the Connect button. 
 

 

Pressing F12 will toggle on/off the information panel displayed on the right of the window.
