DJUSTING THE ANTI

ROLLOVER BARS

OUTPUT SENSOR
UP TO PLATFORM No. 505490:
- Raise the platform a few centimetres to release full engagement of
the anti-rollover bars.
- Remove the left-hand and right-hand battery covers (4 butterfly
bolts).
- Unscrew the fixing screws 1 (Fig. B1) (2 screws, flat screwdriver).
- Trigger the sensors 2 (Fig. B1), one after the other, by placing them
in contact with the anti-rollover bar
- Re-tighten the screws.
- Check the setting by instructing the basket to rise: if its ascent is
interrupted, adjust the sensor setting.
FROM PLATFORM No. 505491:
- Raise the platform a few centimetres to release full engagement of
the anti-rollover bars.
- Remove the left-hand and right-hand battery covers (toggles).
- Unscrew the fixing screws 3 (Fig. B2) (2 bolts, No. 13 spanner).
- Trigger the sensors 4 (Fig. B2), one after the other, by placing them
in contact with the stabilising bar
- Re-tighten the bolts.
- Check the setting by instructing the basket to rise: if its ascent is
interrupted, adjust the sensor setting.

DJUSTING THE SLOPE SENSOR
The slope sensors are preset by the manufacturer. The only
parameter that can be adjusted is the sensor initialisation.
- Set the platform on a horizontal surface and switch it on.
- Open the right-hand cover.
- Open the LEFT-HAND battery cover (butterfly bolts or toggles).
- Grasp the unconnected cable coming from the sensor.
- Remove the plastic cap from the end of the cable (flat screwdriver).
- Take an electric cable stripped at both ends and connect the slope
sensor cable to the battery's -24V terminal: the green LED under the
sensor flashes several times and then stops when the sensor is set.
