Tighten nuts (B) and (D) and test operation. Adjust 

again if necessary.

Adjust pressure trip point setting with screw (F). Trip 

pressure is the setting where the motor switches 

down to the low speed high torque speed. Loosen 

nut (G) and turn screw (F) to adjust trip point. See 

table below for suggested setting.

3000 psi (207 bar)

2800 psi (193 bar)

3500 psi (241 bar)

3100 psi (214 bar)

4000 psi (276 bar)

3500 psi (241 bar)

7. 

Tighten nut (G) and check pressure. Adjust again 

if necessary.

8. 

Install or close all covers.
