Switch on the receiver.
Remote control not aimed at the

Aim the remote control at the receiver.
Remote sensor on the front of the receiver is

Check for obstructions in front of the receiver.

Auto Standby is on
Turn off the Auto Standby in the General menu.
Cannot view a channel
Wrong channel number used
Choose the channel from Channel List.

Enter the PIN. If you have forgotten the PIN,

Information on the channel not downloaded

Switch to a channel broadcasting interactive services.
