1) Prepare a screwdriver.
2) Loosen the bolt so the ring bracket can
be oepn.
5) Adjust the angle.
4) Fasten the bolt with a screw driver.
3) Place on the sit post to face back ward.
6) Finished.

handle bar.
5) Make it place on the position you want.
7) Finished.
