BEFORE STARTING THE EQUIPMENT
Important. Always remove the battery from machine before doing any work
on the machine!
1.Charging the battery pack
a) Remove the battery pack (6) from the handle, pressing the pushlock buttons
(8) downwards to do so.
b) Check that your mains voltage is the same as that marked on the rating
plate of the battery charger. Plug the mains plug of the charger (7) into the
mains socket outlet.
c) The temperature of the battery pack may rise slightly during the charging
operation. This is normal.
If the battery pack fails to become charged, please check
• whether there is voltage at the socket-outlet
• whether there is proper contact at the charging contacts on the charger.
If the battery still fails to become charged, please return
• the charger
• the battery pack to our Customer Service Department.
To ensure that the battery pack provides long service you should take care to
recharge it promptly.
Never fully discharge the battery pack. This will cause the battery pack to develop a
defect.
ATTENTION
Please charge the battery pack regularly, for example, once every 6 months.
Changing the Tool
Before any work on the power tool (e.g., maintenance, tool change, etc.) as well as
during transport and storage, set the rotational direction switch to the center
position. Unintentional actuation of the On/Off switch can lead to injuries.
INSTALLING
1 Attach auxiliary handle (B2)
For reasons of safety the auxiliary handle must be assembled when you use the tool
a) Screw the auxiliary handle (3) in one of the attachment point on the tool head.
b) Make sure the handle is securely fastened.
2.Adjust Grinding guard

Batteries are not belong to litter bin. There is a legal obligation to
return batteries for proper disposal
End of life machines contain valuable materials and therefore they
should not be placed in household waste. We would ask you to play
your part in protecting resources and help protect the environment
by returning this machine to a return point (if one is available) when
it reaches the end of its life
