[3]-4. Baffle plate

DISASSEMBLING

Remove Handle cover. So, F/R Change lever is disassembled together with Handle cover. Remove F/R Change lever
from Handle cover. See

Fig. 14, 15

Take the disassembling step in reverse.

4x18 Tapping
screw (3pcs.)

Handle cover

Separate Handle cover from Motor housing by
removing 4x18 Tapping screws. F/R Change lever
comes with Handle cover.

ASSEMBLING

(1) Separate Hammer case section and armature from Motor housing, as illustrated in

Fig. 2

(2) Baffle plate can be removed as illustrated in

Fig. 13

Slide Baffle plate to Handle cover, and pull it up.

Push F/R change lever to left or right side
until it stops. Both ends are free from
Handle cover.

Pull the F/R Change lever to the inside
of Handle cover. And remove it.
