USB Serial Port Properties window. Close the device manager.

10.3. Insulation Tester Software Comm Port setting:

1. Connect data transmission cable to the

InsulationTester.

2. Click the icon of the "15kV Insulation Tester"

on the desktop of the personal computer.

3. On the 15kV Insulation Tester window, select the correct "Comm

Port and click the RS232 connection button.
