13.1 Battery change
Change the battery when the LED on the
remote control lights up orange or when the
remote control no longer works.
1. Open the remote control with the lower
push button.
2. Replace the 3V CR 2032 battery with a
new one of the same type.
3. Close the remote control. The front cover
must lock into place.
4. Dispose of the battery in an environment-
tally correct way, as described in
Chapter 18.
14. Fault rectification
Call on the services of a trained
electrician any time there is a fault. Fault
rectification and repairs only permissible
when carried out by trained specialists.
DANGER
Danger from electric shock.

The mains plug must be unplugged
before removing the housing cover [2].

Deposits on the impeller and in the
housing caused by dust in the air.
Protect the duct system against
contamination (dirt) with an air filter.
The ventilation levels can no longer be
switched with the remote control.
Battery too low.
Replace the 3V CR 2032 battery with a new
one of the same type.

Motor not operating.

Check the mains power.

Thermal overload protection
has triggered. Wait until motor
and temperature limiter have
cooled. Cool-down time can be
up to 15 minutes . Only then
switch the unit back on.

Check the motor.


Check the humidity sensor.

flashes red
three times
Fault in the wireless connection.

Unplug the mains plug.
