Changing espresso bean variant
1. Close the hopper (1) by pushing in the sliding valve (24) .
2. Grind the remaining espresso beans un l the grinder runs idle (see chap-
ter “Grinding coff ee beans”).
3. Remove the le over espresso beans from the hopper.
4. Pour the new espresso beans into the hopper.
5. Open the hopper by pulling out the sliding valve.
6. Grind 2–3 shots to remove any residue of the old espresso beans, to
warm up the machine and to avoid any fl uctua ons in the dosage.
