Engine Assembly

Assembly: -

10.

Cylinder head mounting bolts torque sequence should be followed sequentially & in two stages.

11.

Tighten all bolts sequentially as shown, with 35 Nm torque then apply 90 degree angular torque.

12.

For angular torque, Mark the bolt with chalk at one position. Then apply torque till mark rotate
by 90 degree.

13.

Insert copper washer & Injectors. Insert nozzle holder clamp, conical washer & tighten M8 nut
with 15 Nm Torque
