Engine Assembly

Assembly: -

Insert idler gear along with shaft by properly locating roll pin in to the crankcase. Tighten

Hex

Bolt G12.7

with

90 Nm torque.

Ensure timing marks provided should match with reference to marks available on all gears.

Insert 2 no’s bearing on Hydraulic Gear and assemble it on Front Cover.
