Connecting Rods, Pistons & Cylinder Liners

Connecting Rod Alignment

Insert two rods into the Connecting Rod big end and small end bore as shown.

The Big end and Small end bores must be square and parallel with each other in all the planes.

Measure 127 mm on each side of connecting rod.

Note: If alignment is not ok then please replace the connecting rod.

Butt Clearance & Land Clearance of Piston Rings

Take liner and put 1

Ring by ensuring Top mark should be on top side.
